Day 33

Chest dips very difficult and seem to manage the creep much better.  Skipping went well, too.  Much better waking up earlier to have enough time for exercises.

Getting used to dinner regime.  Thanks for the information on proteins at night, Patrick.  Very interesting.  Clothes are getting baggier now - will soon have to do some clothing shopping.  Yippee!!

  1. Chest dips are really hard at first -- don't have the chairs TOO far apart; the if they are basically right under your armpits it's a bit easier. Then as you get stronger you can spread the chairs wider and really work the back.
