Good exercise today but failed on set 3 and 4 of plank again. 60 secs no problem, it's the next 30 secs that kill! Will keep plodding along, though......
Looking forward to some sleep (8-10 hours) tonight and over the weekend. Always feel more positive about my efforts and achievement thus far - I know Patrick says it's not about the weight loss but it's really hard when Simon is disappearing right before my eyes. He is doing very well - I think he has lost 2 stone to date, which is such an amazing achievement. Anyway, I'm trying my best and that is all I can do!
