Day 72

Ok, so we now have to wake up at 5:05am in order to get all exercises done in time to get breakfast done and children out the door to school.  Extra sets really hard but managed all ok except for plank, which is just plain evil and continues to defeat me......Will keep on trying though.

Enjoying AMAYW on the veg front, but still tend to get hungry a couple of hours later.  Guess this is good as it means that I'm using all I'm eating to make muscle, hopefully?  Simon and I are tending to have salmon and stir fry veg for dinner which is really lovely.  Oh, yes, and the must have egg white, too!....
